The UCCE Master Gardeners of Mariposa County are planning their 1st annual Plant and Garden Art Sale Extravaganza at the Fairgrounds Picnic Area.  The event will take place over two days, Saturday, May 6, 2006, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and again on Sunday, May 7, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  We will be offering annuals, perennials, houseplants, veggies (including some heirloom varieties), and herbs, as well as pottery, birdhouses, and a bevy of other wonderful garden attractions.  Master Gardener and Rosarian, Lois Scammon, will be on hand both days from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to answer your questions about rose care.

All are invited to come browse and purchase gardening items in this sale.  Funds raised will be used to further the program projects and activities of the Master Gardeners.
